Transient Campsites

All are full hookup which includes: water, electric (30/50amp) and sewer. PA Dutch Campground is an “all seasons” park. Water, sewer and electric are available at each site throughout the entire year on all transient sites. Rates are below.

Minimum stay for the holiday weekend is 3 nights
  • Minimum stay for all Fridays/Saturday reservations is 2 nights. If you book a Friday or Saturday you must book both nights.
  • Mid-week is Sunday through Thursday
  • Weekend is Friday and Saturday nights

Security refunded after departure and site inspection is completed (site is in the same condition it was in upon arrival.

All the above rates include TWO adults and TWO children.

No charge for pets on campsites.

Daily / Nightly Visitors:  $8.00

Visitors are required to register and are charged at time of arrival. Any visitor must be visiting someone who is registered in our park. All visitors are required to leave by 1pm the next day. They are permitted to have full use of our facilities provided they follow all rules and regulations.

Seasonal Campsites:  $3,650 and up
April 1 to October 31

  • The above fee is a base rate for 2 adults.
  • Extra person is $150 annual ($37.50 paid monthly)
  • Water, sewer and trash are included.
  • Electric is metered and is not included, per kilowatt rates apply.
  • Propane service is available (restrictions apply).

Annual Campsites: $3,840 and up
January 1 to December 31

  • The above fee is a base rate for 2 adults
  • Extra person is $180 annual ($15 paid monthly)
  • Year round utilities (including water) on each site.
  • Water, sewer and trash are included.
  • Electric is metered and is not included in price.
  • $375.00 Security Deposit is required.
  • Payments for site are due monthly. ($320/mo)
